Quality Control
Four inspection stages, one traceable record
Each production lot carries a record that follows it from incoming material to the sealed container.
- Incoming material check

Substrate density, moisture content and veneer grade are verified against the purchase specification before stock is accepted.
- In-process monitoring

Press temperature, pressure and cycle time are logged per batch; surface finish is checked against the approved master sample.
- Finished goods testing

Thickness tolerance, edge integrity, abrasion and formaldehyde emission are tested in our in-house lab on a sampling plan.
- Pre-shipment inspection

Quantity, packing condition and carton marking are inspected and photographed; the report is sent before the container is sealed.

Physical samples are the only reliable way to approve colour, texture and sheen across a project.
A4 sample boards
Free of charge for stocked items; courier cost is charged to your account or refunded against the first order above one container.
Swatch sets
A boxed set of 24 finishes can be assembled to your shortlist, useful for client presentations and design approval.
Dispatch time
Samples leave the warehouse within three working days of specification confirmation, with tracking shared by email.
Custom colour matching
Send a physical reference or a RAL / NCS code; we return a matched sample and a minimum order quantity for that finish.
