Fluted panels with acoustic backing for a double-height reception in Dubai, cut to site dimensions before shipment to reduce on-site waste.
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Supply scope: walnut fluted panels, acoustic backing felt and aluminium trim. Volume: 2,300 m2 across two batches and five containers. Panels were cut to the measured site dimensions before packing, so the installer worked to a numbered fixing sequence rather than cutting on site. Offcuts and waste stayed at the factory instead of in a skip on the twentieth floor.
