New Press Line Raises Monthly Panel Capacity

Our sixth press line completed commissioning in September and is now running two shifts. The line handles veneer and laminate facing up to 2800 x 1300 mm, which covers the majority of panel sizes our export customers order. For buyers, the practical effect is shorter lead times on repeat specifications and more flexibility when a project needs a mid-order colour adjustment. Standard veneer-faced panels now ship in 20 to 25 days from order confirmation, and stocked finishes can be released from the bonded warehouse within a week. The new line uses the same master-sample approval process as our existing presses: a signed reference board is held for every finish, and each batch is compared against it under standard lighting before packing. Thickness and surface records are logged per lot and can be released with the shipment documents.
